Flower Club 2025

Join us at Featherstone’s Flower Club to explore the art of growing, harvesting, conditioning, and arranging cut flowers throughout the year.

Whether you're new to floristry or an experienced enthusiast, our sessions will equip you with the knowledge and confidence to grow and arrange your own cut flowers at home. We'll share our years of expertise in sustainable growing and eco-friendly floral design.

Each session typically begins with a discussion in the field, focusing on the month's topic, followed by a hands-on guide to harvesting a variety of available stems. We then move to the stunning Tithe Barn, where you'll learn how to condition and arrange your flowers, with each session highlighting a different technique to showcase the season’s best blooms.

You will work on a range of floral designs, from individual arrangements to larger group installations. When working on individual activities, you’ll also be able to take both the flowers and the vessels home with you.

Refreshments, including delicious locally made cakes and biscuits, will be provided.

HOW IT WORKS

Flower Club begins in April and consists of nine sessions. Your purchase buys you eight sessions, allowing for the possibility that you may need to miss one during the year.

We offer two morning sessions and one evening session each month, all held on Mondays. You have the flexibility to switch between groups if needed to fit your schedule.

Morning sessions start at 9:30, and evening sessions at 18:30, each lasting approximately 2.5 hours.

New members receive a welcome pack, including a personal bucket, snips, and a copy of *A Guide to Sustainable Floristry Mechanics*. Returning members can enjoy a discount towards the following year's club membership.

After each session, you'll receive detailed notes covering the topics discussed. Additionally, as a Flower Club member, you will receive a special discount code, giving you 10% off any purchases with us throughout the year.
